Laura's
background has always centred on the human resources and organisational
behaviour fields. With a focus on empowering and leading people effectively,
Laura is passionate about helping owners and managers achieve the best from
their people and building the success of their business.
As Director
of People Dynamics, Laura works with small to medium-sized businesses, both in
the private and public sectors and across many industries, offering practical
human resources solutions appropriate for the business.
Before
joining People Dynamics at its inception in 2002, Laura worked with small and
large organisations in roles where she was helping and developing people,
focusing on customer service, consulting, coaching and training, and
facilitating.
Laura is regularly asked to speak at various events as well as facilitate workshops for private clients, some of which include the Australian Institute of Management, Monash and Wyndham City Councils, The Executive Connection (TEC), the Greater Western Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Victorian and Swinburne Universities, and industry groups such as the Australian Manufacturing Institute of Technology.
As a
registered McQuaig Occupational Test® Interpreter, Laura also
coaches managers and individuals how to interpret results and facilitate
positive outcomes, both on an individual and team basis.
In her free time, Laura enjoys travelling, reading, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
