Paul is a
highly successful human resources executive whose expertise lies in business
consulting, organisation and human resources strategy, change management, and
leadership effectiveness.
With 30
years of business experience, Paul has worked across the Asia Pacific and North
America, having served on the Boards of several companies as well as holding
Human Resources Director and General Manager roles with multinational
subsidiaries and large Australian and international organisations.
Most
recently, Paul was Vice President of Human Resources for Sun Microsystems based
in Denver, USA, where he had global human resources responsibility for two of
its major operating divisions.
As a
Principal of strategic management firm, Asenso, Paul is a hands-on consultant
with a strong focus on improving business results through effective
organisation and people strategies.
Paul enjoys keeping fit, golf, skiing and cruising on his BMW motorbike.
