Phil has
over 20 years' experience as a senior executive, having worked extensively
across the Asia Pacific for multinational organisations such as Fujitsu,
AT&T EasyLink, Data General and Wang.
With
firsthand experience in industries such as electronic manufacturing,
telecommunications, government, finance, professional services and travel, Phil
has established and directed several highly successful management teams
throughout his career.
Phil was
the Founding CEO of successful public start-up company, QuikTrak Networks
Limited, and was also Founding Principal of McLean Kerrigan Jackson, a company
established to provide personalised executive search and support services to
company Boards and management teams.
Phil is a former Chairman of the Australian Information Industry Associated (AIIA), Director of the Federal Government sponsored IT&T Skills Hub, and has held IT advisory roles with the New South Wales and Victorian State Governments.
Phil is
currently a Principal at strategic management firm, Asenso, and also chairs a
“think tank” of 15 CEOs from diverse industries through his involvement with
The Executive Connection (TEC).
Phil’s personal interests include sea kayaking, fishing, bushwalking, reading and music.
